20/02/2024I’m Steven & I have been in health & wellbeing my whole life; at work & socially; & also volunteering in children’s & community sport. As a founding Director of LHSSN (Community Interest Company) we aim to give others the chance to be happy, healthy and active throughout their lives! Surely being happy & healthy is the single most important thing you’d want for your children!?
I have always valued activity & within my professional career I have gained qualifications & industry awards including a Masters in Exercise and Health, with a focus on young people; Other qualifications include: UK Coaching Tutor, Level 3 Education & Training, L3 Advanced Personal Trainer, Level 2 Handball & Multiskills, FA & other NGB awards, various Level 1’s, Mental Wellbeing & more. Outside of work I gym, play football, mountain bike & run; when I can find time after coaching a girls football team & boys cricket team; being a board member of the County FA; & taking my children to their many sports fixtures. My daughter also volunteers as a football coach on Saturday mornings. All of our team are passionate & we all practice what we preach! Everyone should be able to Live Healthy & Stay Strong!!!
